Data Deletion Instructions
Classic Launcher has no user accounts. Most app information is stored only on your Android device, so QuantixLab cannot remotely identify or erase it.
Delete local launcher data
- Open Android Settings → Apps → Classic Launcher → Storage & cache.
- Tap Clear storage or Clear data and confirm.
- Alternatively, uninstall Classic Launcher.
This removes locally stored profiles, allowlists, selected contacts, SOS contact, medical note, PIN hash, preferences, focus history, and cached Premium entitlement. Android's system Contacts database and Google Play purchase record are not deleted.
Stop optional collection
In the app, open Settings and turn off Analytics. This disables future Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collection and deletes unsent crash reports. If available, open Advertising privacy choices to review or withdraw UMP consent. Kid Mode and Premium do not initialize advertising services.
Third-party retention and support
Google may retain data already received through Firebase, AdMob, UMP, or Play Billing according to its legal and retention obligations. Anonymous or aggregated SDK data may not be linked to an individual and therefore may not be individually deletable. For help, email support@quantixlab.dev with “Classic Launcher data deletion” in the subject. Do not send sensitive data.
