Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using Classic Phone Launcher (the "App"), published on the Google Play Store by QuantixLab ("we", "us", or "our").

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are setting up the App on behalf of a child (Kid Mode), you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on the child's behalf.

2. License

QuantixLab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Google Play's Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent any feature-gating or access controls within the App

3. Free Tier and Advertisements

The App is free to download and use. The free tier includes advertisements served via Google AdMob, limited to banner format (in Settings) and native in-feed format (in Themes). No full-screen, interstitial, rewarded, or app-open ads are used.

Ads are never shown on the home screen, contacts screen, call action screen, emergency/SOS screen, onboarding screens, help screen, or the premium upgrade screen. This is a non-negotiable product rule.

For users in the EEA/UK, personalized ads require your explicit consent via the in-app consent dialog. Non-personalized ads will be shown if consent is not given. You may change your ad consent at any time in Settings.

4. Premium In-App Purchases

4.1 Products

The App offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing:

• Premium Lifetime — a one-time purchase that permanently removes all ads and unlocks premium themes and additional modes.
• Premium Yearly — an annual subscription (if offered at time of purchase). Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Prices are set in Google Play and may vary by country. The App always fetches current pricing from Google Play at purchase time — no prices are hardcoded.

4.2 Billing and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. QuantixLab does not handle payment card data. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy ↗. Google Play generally allows refund requests within 48 hours of purchase. Contact support@quantixlab.dev if you have a billing concern.

4.3 Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices, restore your Premium purchase by tapping Restore Purchase on the Premium screen. You must be signed in to the same Google account used for the original purchase.

4.4 Subscription Cancellation

Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. QuantixLab does not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time.

5. Kid Mode — Caregiver Responsibilities

Kid Mode is a launcher-level feature that restricts the home screen to an allowed-app list set by the caregiver. Kid Mode is a best-effort consumer feature, not a managed-device security solution. A determined user with access to Android Settings may be able to bypass launcher-level restrictions.

By enabling Kid Mode, you as the caregiver accept sole responsibility for:

• Selecting appropriate allowed apps for the child
• Securing the caregiver PIN
• Monitoring the child's device usage
• Complying with applicable laws regarding children's use of technology

6. Emergency SOS Feature

The Emergency/SOS screen provides quick-access buttons to call a personal SOS contact and a configurable emergency number (default: 112). The Emergency SOS feature is not a replacement for dedicated medical alert devices or certified emergency services. QuantixLab makes no warranty that the feature will function in all circumstances (e.g., no network signal, device powered off). You use this feature at your own risk and should maintain alternative means of contacting emergency services.

7. Focus Mode and App Blocking

Focus Mode uses launcher-level app hiding to limit visible apps. This is a soft restriction: apps hidden in the launcher can still be opened through Android's own Settings or via direct intent from other apps. Optional Accessibility-assisted blocking (future update) is best-effort for ordinary consumer installs. QuantixLab does not guarantee absolute app blocking on unmanaged devices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, and text within the App are the property of QuantixLab or used under license. Classic Phone Launcher is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, or any other mobile phone brand.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. QuantixLab does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices and Android versions. Use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuantixLab and its developer(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, missed emergency calls, or failure of app-blocking features. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Updates and Changes to the App

QuantixLab may release updates that add, modify, or remove features. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If formal resolution is required, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the developer's place of business.
